This was a truly amazing trip, with a 5-star itinerary. Our guides were fantastic. King Kong and Jessica made this day unforgettable. Glasha and Polyusha say hello to Jessica🥰 But I have questions for Trip.com... Why did I book and pay for a tour with a Russian-speaking guide, only to receive an English-language tour????? I went with two 9-year-old children, and they don't speak or understand English, which is why I was looking for a Russian-language tour. To summarize, the tour is 5 stars, the guides are 5 stars, and Trip.com is 0 stars.★

We absolutely loved the trip! The instructions were clear, and the guys showed us what to do and how to navigate the group. Operating a jet ski is quite easy and a lot of fun. The only downside was that the transfer before the trip was quite long (about 1.5 hours). The driver might have gotten confused with the directions, so I recommend keeping in touch with the tour managers and finding out where he's going. You might also want to bring a light snack before the trip if the transfer is delayed. We took the daytime tour, starting at 1:30 PM, and we caught a beautiful sunset and evening waves. It was absolutely beautiful.★

Overall, I loved everything! The program was very comprehensive, with five locations visited during the tour: a cave; a kayaking trip; James Bond Island; a gypsy village, where we enjoyed a buffet lunch; and Palm Beach, where we had time for a swim.
The only thing that slightly marred the experience and almost ruined the entire tour was the return to port.
A torrential downpour began, and we were soaking wet. Meanwhile, the crew couldn't find the ruts to guide us into port. It was pouring rain, visibility was poor, and after about half an hour, it was already getting dark.
And all the while, one question nagged at me: why didn't the crew monitor the weather conditions in advance and adjust the program to avoid this?
Otherwise, the tour left a very good impression.
