Our guide Matt was extremely well informed on the history of the sites, and an interesting guy as well. Our weather was rainy with heavy fog which limited our viewing pleasure, but Matt kept us positive. There is a lot of uphill walking in this day. My health app noted I walked over 17,600 steps and climbed an equivalent of 57 floors, so be prepared for a real workout and dress for total comfort. The sites are amazing though. At least it wasn’t crowded!
Reviews: From Lisbon: COIMBRA and AVEIRO

What a wonderful day! Aveiro is charming, and the gondola ride is delightful. Coimbra is a must-see; the University of Coimbra library is fabulous, rich in detail, and transports you to the past. The guide, Guilherme, deserves a ten out of ten – very attentive.
Reviews: From Lisbon: Fátima, Nazaré, Batalha, and Óbidos Guided Tour

The tour was incredible! I had such a great time and really made the most of the day. The guides were very helpful, especially the Portuguese guide, who was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about all the places we visited. At the end of the trip, we even enjoyed a lovely surprise in Óbidos, which made the experience even more special. Everything was amazing — highly recommended!
Reviews: The Best of the West - Fátima, Nazaré, Óbidos & Batalha

Fantastic experience of 4 locations. A big bus was provided that included air conditioning and wifi. History was explained and time alloted to explore independently. Because it's 4 locations in 1 day you receive a flavor of each town's culture and history.

We had an amazing time exploring Athens on a historical Segway tour guided by Manelos. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience fun and engaging. His explanations brought ancient sites to life, combining interesting historical facts with great humor and passion for his city. Riding the Segway was easy and enjoyable, even for beginners, and it allowed us to see so much more of Athens than we could on foot. We visited beautiful viewpoints and iconic landmarks, all while learning fascinating stories about the city’s rich past. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Athens — and especially with Manelos as your guide! It’s the perfect mix of history, sightseeing, and fun.
