From start to finish, this tour was absolutely amazing. The customer service before the tour was excellent—clear communication and super helpful staff made everything easy and stress-free. Our guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, engaging, and funny, which made the history come alive in such a creative way. Visiting the Colosseum was truly unforgettable, especially stepping into the arena—it’s a must for anyone coming to Rome. The Roman Forum was just as impressive, and hearing the stories behind the ruins really added so much depth to the experience. I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.
