The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

I went to changi airport to redeem. Initially it takes a while to redeem. So I need some time. All was good once sorted.

Excellent, very profitable. Transport is expensive, but if you're planning a short trip, buying a travel card is very profitable.
