If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Motorcycle rentals are not permitted for intercity travel.
Vehicles are not allowed to drive on industrial roads; violators must pay compensation fees requested by the store.
If you do not have the ID required by the hotel, the hotel has the right to refuse a refund.
All vehicle models (electric vehicles, fuel vehicles) are restricted for use within warranty coverage areas.
Within the specified riding range, if a breakdown occurs due to non-human operational errors (e.g., punctures), our company will provide warranty coverage. Customers will not be responsible for repair costs (e.g., engine, belt, battery, internal mechanical parts, etc.) or towing fees. If the issue occurs outside the specified range, customers will bear the costs.
Motorcycle rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis. If you need to extend your rental, please call the rental company at least 3 hours before your original return time. Extensions exceeding 5 hours will be counted as an additional day. Overtime fees during consecutive holidays and annual holidays will be determined on-site.
Motorcycle rental fees do not include fuel costs. The renter must refuel at a gas station. Fuel level requirements at drop-off are subject to on-site regulations.
In the event of an accident, damage, theft, or other incident involving the rental vehicle, please remain at the scene and report to the police immediately. Do not settle privately with the other party, and notify the car rental supplier immediately for assistance. Failure to do so may result in liability for compensation. For non-accident situations, you will also be responsible for business interruption charges based on the scheduled rates.
You must adhere to the principle of proper care and no damage for the car rental. If there is visible damage or destruction to the vehicle's interior, equipment, or body, the operator will claim compensation for the affected parts. All costs will be based on the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer's quotation.
Foreign visitors must hold a valid international driver's license from a reciprocal country with an approved stamp in Category A.
Foreign nationals, please note the ID and nationality you hold in the booking remarks for car rental arrangements. Bring the noted documents with you during your trip for the rental company's records.
The renter must present their own ID, and the motorcycle must not be lent to others during the rental period. If any issues or disputes arise, the rental company will hold the renter accountable for any subsequent liabilities and compensation.
