A well-designed tour, I really enjoyed it, despite two locations being cancelled due to dangerous roads. A very charismatic guide! Stunning views, highly recommended.

Amazing sites. The tour should have been in one language. athe guide was more comfortable in Russian. the few English speakers were like an add-on. The minibus selected was too small for the group. the back seats were cramped and uncomfortable. you could not see out the windows. the guide resolved this by sitting on a box and giving up her seat to two passengers. this was very kind and creative, but a larger vehicle would have been better. The sites were incredible. We did not care for the food at the lunch, but the art there was unique.

Had a really amazing day, our driver was so lovely and drove really safely too. The views from the restaurant were some of the best I’d ever seen and the whole trip in general was incredible, especially with all the snow. It was just a very lovely, organised trip and maybe one of the best I’ve ever done. I have to also give a big thank you and loads of praise to our guide Gayane, she was incredible and so knowledgeable about everything, even when some of my questions weren’t about what we were seeing but other things about Armenia. She was also so lovely and helpful when I accidentally tripped and hurt my ankle in Geghard and thought I’d caused more damage than I had ( after a few minutes i was fine, some miracle!) but she still made sure I was okay often and got back to the van okay. Thank you again to Gayane and to our driver ( who unfortunately I didn’t get the spelling of his name) Oh and another pro, there’s free WiFi and water on board. Plus the heating was on!!
Reviews: Armenia one day tour with lunch in a local family
Guest User2025-04-21
I had an amazing experience on the Armenia One Day Tour with lunch in a local family home. The tour was well-organized, starting promptly at 8:30 AM with a small group of friendly travelers. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and shared fascinating stories about each site we visited, from ancient monasteries to breathtaking viewpoints. The highlight of the day was definitely the lunch. Being welcomed into a local family’s home and enjoying traditional Armenian food was such a warm and unique experience. The food was delicious and homemade, and the family’s hospitality made me feel like a true guest rather than a tourist. Everything from transportation to timing was smooth and well thought out. The group size was just right, making the whole day feel more personal and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the balance between guided explanations and free time to explore or take photos. This tour is perfect for anyone who wants a deep cultural experience in a short amount of time.
Reviews: From Tbilisi: Armenia Day Trip to Lake Sevan, Yerevan, and Sevanavank Monastery

This day trip from Tbilisi to Armenia was an amazing experience. Everything was very well organized and perfectly matched the description. The itinerary was balanced, with enough time to enjoy each location without feeling rushed. Lake Sevan was absolutely beautiful, Yerevan was vibrant and interesting, and Sevanavank Monastery had stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The transportation was comfortable, and the tour service was professional and friendly throughout the day. A special thank you to our driver and guide, Moris, who was very kind, knowledgeable, and made the journey even more enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe during the entire trip. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the highlights of Armenia in one day.
