The experience is great, the overall is superb, the service is very good, the price is high, this is my second time on the Sky Island or I am beautiful, the UK is definitely the first-class scenery, the fish and chips in the small town of Porter are very fresh. The most grateful thing about this trip is the driver, a person who drives the car for a whole day and is responsible for explaining it, and the content is also very detailed.★

The tour was operated by Hairycow and was at the end of January. The organization was excellent. After I purchased the tour, trip.com contacted me to reschedule it because the tour with a stop at the distillery wasn't available that day. I was offered a tour on the day I selected but with a lake cruise, or other days from the list that included the distillery. I chose the boat ride and was not disappointed. The bus was comfortable, with restroom and snack stops along the way. The views were stunning; I personally didn't have enough stops for nature photography. But the views are so beautiful that I wanted to stop every 100 meters. Late January was a good time for the boat ride; the boat has two decks, open on top and large windows on the bottom, and is well heated. There's also a bar with alcohol (I recommend the lower deck and look for the windows with the Nessie sticker for photos). And even though the program didn't say there would be hairy cows, the company named after them certainly showed them to us. Thank you!★

Truly enjoyable and informative day trip with an outstanding guide / driver Calais. The Lindores Abbey distillery tour and tasting was excellent. The stop at Dewars distillery for lunch was also delightful with great lunch offerings. Finally finding the elusive highland cow in the winter was made simple by Calais, enjoyed seeing these majestic animals and taking pictures. All in all an outstanding trip to the Scottish Low/Highlands.★

Tim was an awesome driver and entertainer, providing us wide variety of information (history, geology, music etc.). Unfortunately we didn’t have any cash with us to tip him, but if his boss is reading this I would promote him for a raise ;-)
