Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!

We chose a Chinese-speaking group tour. The driver picked us up at the hotel on time in the morning. We drove to the pier and took a boat to Nusa Lembongan. After visiting the attractions on Nusa Lembongan, we took a boat to Nusa Penida. We had lunch before starting our Nusa Penida trip and returned on time at 4 pm. We followed the itinerary on Ctrip exactly. The itinerary was very well arranged. Our tour guide, Surya, accompanied us throughout the trip and helped us buy tickets and arrange everything. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was a great experience!

As a day-trip tourist, we leisurely spent the day sightseeing. Our driver picked us up from the hotel early, and once we arrived on the island, the breathtaking beauty of nature filled us with a sense of accomplishment, like conquering nature itself. Although time was limited at each attraction, standing on the cliff edge and feeling the immense power of the Indian Ocean was truly wonderful. Our customer service representative, Bao'er, was incredibly professional, giving us plenty of options. Thank you!

The drive to the Blue Lagoon is long – about an hour and a half, and even a little longer due to traffic. But it's worth it. I was met in the lobby by my driver, Kantil. He was a very talkative young man. He tried to tell me a lot. And I even understood almost everything, although his English was better than mine. The car was comfortable, with air conditioning. They took us to the pier where ferries to the Gili Islands depart and transferred us to a boat. The snorkeling was amazing, even though I spent most of the time watching the baited fish from the boat, and my husband wanted to swim with the turtles, but there weren't any. There were two snorkeling spots, each for an hour. Then we returned to the pier, where we could rinse off and change at a cafe. We also had lunch, which was included in the excursion. It wasn't fancy, but if you're really hungry, it's fine. Four dishes to choose from. Next, a waterfall. Very interesting photos there. But it was midday. Hot. There are a lot of people. Taking a good photo means standing in line for a long time and climbing back up the stairs. But still, it's good!
