Had wonderful day touring the sites and sounds of Kolkata. Wonderfully organised by the excellent Subrata we were taken form temples to Mother Teresa’s House ( so inspirational) to colonial sites and the colours of Kolkatas streets. Had excellent vegetarian meal and capped by coffee at Indian Coffee House. Brilliant day. Subrata was informative, clear and so calm- willing to flow with what we wanted to do and see★

The little train wasn't too crowded. Having done my research beforehand, I sat on the side with the best view of the iconic arch of the bridge, which was great. The staff were all very friendly.
The scenery at Cape Nobis was truly stunning. Even though it was cloudy, the view created a wonderful atmosphere.
Our driver, Mr. Wu, was very responsible 😊 and the other members of our group were also great; everyone was punctual.
It got quite chilly on Phillip Island at night; even in my light down jacket, I was still shivering.
