The Jungfraujoch tour in Switzerland was a fantastic experience. The bus departed on time, and the tour guide was bilingual (English and Chinese). Our guide, Ping, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, breaking the ice to create a more harmonious group atmosphere. He also provided very detailed explanations along the way, and even after the tour ended, he asked if I had bought a travel adapter. It was a truly enjoyable experience.★

Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed the trip. It was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to do mount Titlis, and after working through our fears, it was an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking and the snow tubing was AWESOME! Our tour guide (Gabriel) and the driver were very friendly and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely recommend.
