I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.★

Visiting Venice during Carnival is a truly spectacular experience, with as many scenes as costumes. Our guide, Eddy, successfully met the challenge of leading us through the crowded streets. I appreciated his knowledge and patience. A big thank you also to our driver, Javier, who got us to our destination safely, including the necessary restroom breaks. Highly recommended!★

Rita was a great guide ! Great knowledge and enjoyable to listen too for 2 hours as we moved our way around the Palace and basilica ! Wish the tour company would make it clear you don’t get to see all of the basilica but maybe I didn’t see another option that included it . Rita was very good and had a lot of fun with her ! Thanks for a great tour★

The activity was very nice and interesting, the guided tour of the Basilica was a bit long (2.5 hours). The transfer went very well. Everything was fine.
