After confirming your booking, we will send your voucher to the email address you provided. To learn how to use your voucher, please check the usage instructions included in the email. Please note that the voucher only applies to the traveler groups mentioned in the booking options. Any other traveler groups are not eligible for voucher use.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Alanya. (Okurcalar, Incekum, Avsallar, Türkler, Konaklı, Oba, Tosmur, Kestel, Mahmutlar, Kargicak).
- Pick up from the security gate outside your accommodation in or near Alanya.
- Shared roundtrip transfer is included in the price.
- The timings for sharing may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.

- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
