I really enjoyed everything. We got ready on time and arrived without incident. The guide spoke good English. I was a little disappointed that once I was on the bus, I was told that Hoa La was closed due to some public holiday. But that didn't spoil the tour experience. The boat ride was amazing; I even liked it more than Ha Long Bay. I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the river; we saw locals out in boats cleaning the river.★

We recently joined a tour with this company, and our guide Arthur truly made the experience unforgettable. He is a very kind and pleasant gentleman who explained everything clearly and in an engaging, often funny way that kept everyone interested.
