It was great but expensive for a senior and two grandchildren. The gift shops were placed where you got off and on and I had to buy a ball that was $18 and socks $8 - the socks were reasonable but an $18 ball - that is ridiculous. The chai and hot chocolate was not that nice and that was $26 - so for a senior it was a very expensive day - we did not even look at the photos take as it would have been another $25.★

The scenery was beautiful, and we were able to spend a relaxing time surrounded by nature. The changing area was also very clean, which was a relief. There was a sauna, a pool, a hot bath, a cafe, and more, so we had a lot of fun. The tour was also easy to follow, as the bus had a hot spring design on it, and the guide was very cheerful. The view of Port Phillip Bay, which we stopped at at the end, was also amazing.★

The tour guide was fantastic! He provided excellent guidance and took great care of everyone. I would definitely want to experience his tour again. Although it rained the day we went, which slightly affected the experience, the guide still thoughtfully helped arrange a more comfortable itinerary! Highly recommended!
