We got our ticket at Terminal 2 near the metro entrance using a QR code at the ticket counter. We rode without any problems. We liked the metro; there are signs everywhere.

Easy to get. Many kiosk in changi airport. Very fast process, less than 5 minutes to get the ez link card.

You can take a refreshing shower here while waiting for transit. It's more comfortable to shower or go to the bathroom. It's just a bit far from T2.

A welcome place to refresh after a flight. The only one I could find for arrival passenger from red eye flight. Hub and spoke opens at 8am, the airport hotels are quickly full bookes. This one opens at 6am onlg unfortunately but was the best (bet). Line up early as it is high in demand. Baths are only for 20min shifts, so not exactly relaxing but the bathroom itself is very nice. The lounge area is nice, but the food is almsot disappointing, especially for the price. Staff were great though and very kind and the bathroom was very nice and full service.

Everything's fine. The only thing is, there are practically no seats, but the ride isn't long.


