David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.★

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away.
Note: this experience did not include a Māori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.★

The whole family had the most amazing day with Murray visiting thr Hobbiton village and the Glow worm caves. Murray was extremely knowledgeable and explained things and places with great detail. Bush and Beach are lucky to have him.
He made sure we had a great time in the bus, while we stopped for a coffee break, at the movie set and the caves. And all through the drive as well. ★

The Chinese-speaking tour guide was good, but there wasn't enough time for taking photos. Or rather, within the same group of about ten people, several girls each occupied a photo spot, taking twenty or thirty pictures in a row, completely refusing to let others take photos. Then, before we could even get our pictures taken, the guide said the next group was coming soon and we had to move. Later, we spoke to the guide, and he said he could take some photos of us before the next group caught up, so we were able to get some pictures.★
