Fantastic experience! The employee who looked after us was very friendly and helpful. We had unlimited beer, and she even offered to refill our mugs several times (but we don't drink much). I highly recommend it.

It was a very good experience with very detailed information on the history of Pilser Urquell. The tour isn't too long and the beer is as you'd expect......excellent and definitely try the beer flight at the beer hall where you get a choice of 3x 0.2L assorted beers (mine were Pilsner Urquell unfiltered, Kozer dark and a cheery sour beer) which were all amazing. All of the staff were very polite and friendly and the shop at the end was a nice way to cap it off. Would 100% recommend!

The experience was fun. It started with an audio tour for an hour and included a small tasting plus 2 tokens to use at the tasting room up stairs. Our tour had the added tapster academy which was a great addition. Our tapster guide was funny and kept the group engaged. We learned all 3 ways to pour the Pilsner beer.

I just had a wonderful "discovery" experience with my son. The welcome was IMPECCABLE! The price is very reasonable and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend this place and this concept!
