I am a woman from the Netherlands and this 9/11 walking tour was an absolutely beautiful and meaningful experience. We met at a Starbucks first, where everyone had some time to grab a drink and settle in, which was a very nice and relaxed start to the tour. Our tour guide was truly amazing. He was a Chinese gentleman who lives in Chinatown and is actually retired, but chooses to do these tours on the side because he enjoys it and likes to stay active. He was incredibly charming, funny and engaging, and you could tell how knowledgeable he was about 9/11 and all the locations connected to it. I genuinely enjoyed listening to him. He made the experience at least ten times better than it would have been otherwise. We visited all the important and beautiful spots, learned so much, and had plenty of time to take meaningful and memorable photos. I also had some really nice conversations with him, which made the tour feel very personal and special. I would highly recommend this tour★

This tour was perfect for my Mum (86) and I. First day and this gave us a brilliant over view of all that this amazing city has to offer us. Jake was so kind and helpful - particularly with helping Mum in and out of the van- and very informative. Debbie the guide on the boat was hilarious and great fun. Was also lovely to meet Isiah who was on a training day with Jake. All in all a 5 star experience. Thank you so much.
