Weather impact:

• If the itinerary is changed or adjusted due to force majeure factors such as rough seas, severe weather, vessel malfunction, or route blockades, **no price difference will be refunded** for additional losses caused by such force majeure, and no after-sales compensation can be provided. Outbound Standards

• All shipping companies strictly adhere to maritime bureau standards for departure arrangements, with key considerations being **sea wind/wave conditions and vessel specifications (size, draft, etc.)**, which are unrelated to localized rainfall on land.
• If the Maritime Bureau determines that the sea conditions do not meet departure standards on the day and issues an official notice, we will contact you immediately. If the trip is canceled, you can receive a full refund or reschedule for free.
• If the maritime authorities permit sailing, the cruise company will fulfill the contract (to avoid disputes with visitors due to unjustified cancellations). In case of changing sea conditions during the trip that require itinerary adjustments or returning to port, the guide will provide onboard explanations and consult visitors for their opinions. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances (as the cruise company has already incurred costs for vehicle arrangements, vessel preparation, catering, island landing preparations, etc., and cannot provide refunds to our side).
• No refund will be given if travelers voluntarily cancel the trip when weather conditions are suitable for travel (such as brief showers or regular rain in Southeast Asia that do not affect the itinerary).

Change and Cancellation Policy: Same-day departures are non-refundable and non-changeable (a common rule for nearly all cruise companies), except for force majeure circumstances such as weather conditions.
