Truly outstanding tour. An extremely friendly and knowledgeable gentleman drove us to beautiful spots. We had incredible weather for October. You learn a lot about Scotland during the trip. You basically need a fairly advanced level of English to absorb everything. At times, I even felt the input was a bit excessive. The route was adjusted slightly in places. There's plenty of time for photos and everything else. So, it's excellent.★

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

We visited everything that was promised: a photo spot near Lawson (about 15 minutes), almost an hour at the lake, the same at the village, and an hour and a half at the pagoda and shopping street. We were lucky with our guide; Hikari is a fun guy. The only things we weren't so lucky with were the weather and the lack of Fuji in the photo, but that's just fate.★

Christina was a wonderful guide that let us tour at our own pace, but was always available to help when needed. We were able to see the Wall in both the day and at night so it was a very unique experience! The town was also well decorated for the coming Lunar New Years celebration so it was very fun to walk through the town.
