Important Notes
1. For this itinerary, a border pass is required. The travel agency will arrange the border pass for free on the day of departure! (You only need to bring your original valid ID card). Currently, we are unable to accommodate guests from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, or foreign nationals. We apologize for any inconvenience!
2. Our staff will contact you by 10:00pm the day before departure. Please keep your phone accessible. If you haven't been contacted by then, please reach out to customer support!
3. The maximum altitude of the itinerary is 3,600 meters. Visitors with cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease, asthma, cerebral hemorrhage, high blood pressure, or emphysema are not recommended to participate.
4. The entire tour is all-inclusive with no shopping stops. Some attractions and rest areas may have shops, which are operated by the attraction itself and not arranged by the travel agency. Optional activities within the attraction are available for voluntary participation. The Red Mountain Post Office offers oxygen supply, and you may choose whether to purchase oxygen bags. This is not designated by the travel agency but provided as a friendly reminder for your own discretion.
5. For the Pamir Plateau from May to August, pack a thick long-sleeved jacket. From September to October, bring a lightweight down jacket as mountain weather is unpredictable.
6. Xinjiang is vast and abundant in resources, with long distances between each attraction. This itinerary averages
300 km, the journey by car will be quite long, so please be mentally prepared! The beautiful scenery is all along the way—you haven't truly been to Xinjiang until you've visited Kashgar!
7. For your safety, it is strictly prohibited to violate the attraction regulations. If any accidents occur due to unauthorized activities on the lake or ice surface in violation of the rules, you will bear full responsibility for the consequences.
8. For discounted admission tickets based on the travel agency's agreement price (such as student ID, military certificate, or teacher certificate), please inform and present the relevant documents before purchasing tickets at the attraction. We will issue a refund according to regulations.
9. Due to numerous uncertainties, the return time to the city cannot be guaranteed. It is not recommended to arrange same-day transportation out of Kashgar.

11. In winter, sudden heavy snowfall may lead to temporary road controls in mountainous areas, disrupting normal travel plans.
12. Small group tours do not specify vehicle types, mostly using 7-seater business vans, especially during holidays when larger vehicles may be used (but visitor numbers will not exceed 6). Fees will not increase with additional seats.
