First thing, the pick up time was 11:00 am but the bus did not arrive until 11:35 am causing us to stand for longer than comfortable. It was raining so we were wet on the bus ride. When we finally arrived at Pearl Harbor after a very very long ride the rain gave us a break and we had a very good visit. Duke the tour guide/driver was very informative. One criticism was too much time sitting on the bus at the State Capitol. Most of the passengers were in older and when we finally arrived at Pearl Harbor we all rushed to the bathrooms.★

The tour guide was exceptional. He gave us loads of information from pick up to drop off. He also had a great sense of humour. The tour was very well layed out and made the whole process of visiting Pearl harbour, USS Washington memorial and the Punchbowl Crate - National memorial cemetery of the Pacific, a very relaxed affair.★

Had plenty of time to see all the sites which are self guided. The Air Museum was a little disappointing but we live close to the Air Force museum which has a lot more planes and it’s free. The city tour was ok and the guide had good stories. Would have liked to have gone through the palace. The tour was complete in 7 hours. The tour company made us pay additional money for flights saying the price went up
Or something like that. Thought that was not good customer service. How do we know the price went up? Was not happy about that. And they only let me know two days in advance. ★

Will our driver & guide was great. Was in communication with us via text throughout the day. Very knowledgeable on Pearl Harbor and Hawaii history. It was a full day and a great experience with the family.
