Our guide Reda was so knowledgeable and was polite, helpful, interesting and helped us to experience the rich Egyptian history. Our driver Johanna (John) was kind, thoughtful, and really helped me getting on and off the bus which was difficult due to my disability. They were always on time and always we got more information than we expected. The balloon ride was also amazing and went like clockwork. The hotel Steinberger, - rooms were good, food not as good as we'd hoped but staff nice.★

They picked me up from the Le Méridien Hotel, which was very prompt. It's incredibly convenient to get from Cairo Airport Terminal 3 to the Le Méridien Hotel; it's less than 10 minutes, maybe 5 minutes, just walking through a corridor.★
