The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.★

We had a wonderful time on this excursion! The lovely boat ride to the islands was a highlight. Our guide Elenora was knowledgeable, fun and friendly. It was just my husband and I, so they totally customized the day the way we wanted. We loved seeing the Murano glass being made, and bought a gorgeous vase. We had a lovely lunch and wine on Burano island. Highly recommend this experience! ★

Wonderful tour! Serena very informative- I learned a lot. Murano factory very interesting & store just gorgeous. True artists there.
Burano lovely town could have spent 4 hours there.
