The guide was fantastic, very enthusiastic, and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. He provided excellent historical information. It's a shame that the guide wasn't involved in the snacks and was expected to just watch us eat. This should definitely be reconsidered; it was very awkward. We found out about it at the second snack stop, and someone from the group invited him to join us.

The trip was incredible! The nature was unbelievable, the plants and animals make you feel at peace. It wasn't too difficult and the guides were really helpful. Guides are extremely knowledgeable and speak great English. Dogs will accompany the guides which was a plus for me. Water in the waterfall was surreal. Would recommend 100% and would do it again when I comeback.

Julian was great, we only spent 1 day in Medellin, he made sure it was the best. Great service and would definitely recommend to all of my friends traveling to medellin. The atv ride had beautiful views

I arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait almost an hour to get in. The place is nice, and the service is average. I didn't like that they didn't even offer a glass of water. I liked the hydrotherapy massages, as did the final massage. They need to improve a lot, especially in terms of service and not overcrowding if they know they can't keep up. Honestly, there are better places for this price.

Our guide was outstanding. We enjoyed our time with her and learned so much. She was beyond prepared and extremely helpful. The tour is great and you get to see things and meet people outside the city. We will never forget it!
