In European winters, it gets dark early; it's already dim by 4 pm. Therefore, it was a real shame that by the time we reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa, it wasn't ideal for taking photos, and we couldn't get the perfect shot of someone holding onto the tower with their hands. The rest of the trip was excellent.

Value for the experience was good. You should also include the train ride from the bus station to Pisa leaning tower so that there are no hidden additional costs and the groups don't have to be split.

Our day trip was wonderful and we had a very positive experience. San Gimignano and Siena are lovely and the trip, including transport, was very well-organised. Most importantly, Sarah, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable, patient in passing along what she knows, and most of all friendly. We had a great time!

It was extremely amazing we had a great time and the food was really tasty with the paired wines. The vinegar and olive oil were perfect. And huge shoutout to the driver and Mano for getting us to places nice and fast to spend more time exploring. Great guides that are very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to others.

Alex was a very dedicated tour guide; he did everything he was supposed to do. The experience was great! I even bought some black vinegar paste from the old man's general store in Xi'anna – it tasted like time! Fantastic! 👍🏻
