In European winters, it gets dark early; it's already dim by 4 pm. Therefore, it was a real shame that by the time we reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa, it wasn't ideal for taking photos, and we couldn't get the perfect shot of someone holding onto the tower with their hands. The rest of the trip was excellent.

It was a day that was anything but boring. I arrived alone, but the staff and tour guides were quite good, and they made sure everyone was included when moving from place to place, ensuring no one was left behind. Excellent organization.
