I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.★

Carlotta was an excellent guide - knowledgeable, professional and charming. We enjoyed learning about the different islands and their history. Glass and lace-making demonstrations led us to appreciate the art and skills of artists much more. A wonderful way to spend the afternoon in Italy! Highly recommend!★

Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour was conducted via a separate radio, I felt like it wasn't necessary to download the app. The main attraction, the gondola tour, was truly fantastic. Navigating the narrow alleys and canals of Venice by boat will remain a lasting memory.★

I absolutely loved this tour! James was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the areas we went & had a great sense of humor. I loved the Cotswolds Villages the most- so beautiful & quaint. Oxford was absolutely stunning! Lots of things to do to keep you busy.
As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the entire trip. All instructions for meet up points and time were clear. Highly recommend!★
