Look for a guide with a "Prague City Adventures" sign. Call +420 608 107 108 if you have any trouble locating your guide.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Joining the tour later is not possible. If you miss the beginning of the tour, please contact us by phone at +420 608 107 108 to see if there is a chance of the tour rescheduling for another day for a 25 EUR/person fee. We do not guarantee, though, that there will be a slot available.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

We don’t recommend bringing children on this tour as there is a lot of alcohol involved. But in case you decide to bring your teenagers along, we can accommodate them with non-alcoholic alternatives.
We’ll make all possible accommodations for gluten-free and vegetarian diets, as well as most minor food allergies, but we can’t guarantee that for all tastings.
Czech cuisine relies heavily on meat, milk, and butter. If you're vegan or lactose-intolerant, we won’t be able to feed you properly here in Prague.
Our tours run rain or shine. Make sure to check the weather forecast and come prepared with an umbrella.
Comfort is key on our tours, so we recommend wearing shoes that can handle Prague's famous cobblestones and dressing for the weather.
The amount of walking varies, let us know in advance if you have mobility issues.
