At San Mamés, you can feel the atmosphere that vibrates with pure passion. The "Cathedral" is no coincidence: here, football is a religion, and every match is a collective celebration. Beautiful!

What a wonderful day we had with Borja our guide and the other four people in our group, on our trip to Gaztelugatxe and the Basque country. Borja our guide and driver was so passionate about his ancestry, his history, his people and what shaped them into how they are today. The scenery was stunning though a reasonable level of fitness is required to walk to and from the San Juan chapel. We highly recommend this trip.

Saint Jean de Liz, where I would, however, increase the stop by half an hour by subtracting half an hour from the stop at Monte Urgull, where a 10-minute stop is enough to take panoramic photos. I didn't like Biarritz; I would have avoided it, had I known about it beforehand, in favor of a longer stop in San Sebastian. Otherwise, it was an interesting trip, and the guide, Stephan, was truly excellent: thorough, always available, very kind, and very friendly. I recommend it to everyone, including the driver, Oscar, who is also very good. Overall, I recommend this tour with the suggestions above.


