You will learn how to make classic pasta dishes like tagliatelle or spaghetti alla chitarra. We will also explore the world of gelato, one of Italy's most beloved desserts. Our chef will guide you through the process of making gelato using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. You will learn about the various heating and freezing techniques that are used in the production of gelato and about the natural colors that can be used to create your favorite flavors. The best part? You get to enjoy the delicious meal you created yourself, accompanied with two glasses of wine. Return home, you'll have a digital booklet with recipes and a Graduation Certificate to prove that you're a real Italian apprentice chef!
