The private tour was fantastic! The service was excellent, the guide was great, and the itinerary was well-planned. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable about local culture and history, explaining a great deal to us. The driver and guide were both very friendly, picking us up from the hotel according to our schedule and helping us plan our route and dining options. They even took us to eat cheap coconuts in downtown Bangkok for only 20 baht – we were so happy! Thank you, guide Yang Xuecheng!

Our tour guide, Xiao Lei, was conscientious, responsible, and very humorous. The itinerary was exceptionally well-planned. He provided detailed explanations of every attraction: where to buy things, where to eat, and even where to use the restrooms. He was truly a dedicated and excellent tour guide. This itinerary is a classic one-day tour of Bangkok and a must-book. My favorite part was the train market. High-fived people from all over the world on the train – long live the great unity of the world!

Can’t recommend this experience highly enough. Som brilliantly guided us through the back and main streets of Chinatown, introducing us to a wealth of cuisine, with knowledge and humour. If you’re not sure what to trust when it comes to street food in Bangkok, or don’t have the confidence to try, this is for you. Beware though, the amount of food you will be offered is huge, so arrive hungry. It was also a great opportunity to meet other travellers, make friends and laugh together. Great value and a wonderful experience overall.

Communication with customer service went smoothly, and the driver picked me up early and on time. Upon entering the park, the animals that attracted me most were the orangutans and elephants. Although the main attraction was watching different shows, the hot weather in Bangkok made walking around and changing shows quite tiring. The plastic fans sold inside cost $21 RMB, which was too hot, but I still bought one (definitely not worth it). I noticed quite a few Indian tourists (groups). Before the dolphin show, the staff prepared Chinese and Indian music once each to warm up the atmosphere (bubbles were sprayed overhead, and everyone had nowhere to hide, haha). The buffet inside the park with this ticket (the dining area was air-conditioned) was better than I expected in terms of taste and variety. They had coconut ice cream, which we really liked. Drinks were extra (it was so hot, I bought a Coke myself for only $7 RMB, which was a great deal). [The park seemed to have several different buffets, but with this ticket, I could only enter one designated one. I forgot the name, but the logo was a birdcage.] The food here is quite good. The experience of watching the animals from inside the vehicle is comfortable, but the lions in the park were too thin and listless (in very poor condition), while the tigers seemed to be in better condition, but were also rather lethargic, almost sleeping. This experience is suitable for families—elderly people/children—they will definitely enjoy it.

A magnificent excursion. The temples, a moment with elephants, and a cruise to end the day perfectly. Highly recommended.
