It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

Quentin was a great tour guide! He was very well informed, funny and polite! I totally recommend this free tour in Bruocsella (the old name I learned from him).

We took the trip today and our tour guide was Veronica. She was really lovely and very knowledgeable. The bus ride was very comfortable to both stops and we got plenty of free time to walk around, see the historic sites, and do some shopping. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

I would recommend this tour for your first night in town. A great way to see the city and sample some of the delicious delights Brussels offer. Our guide was fun and informative. I give this tour 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️


