Not only did the trip take in the beautiful and picturesque Paiva walkways but we benefited from the charming coastal resort of Aveiro and all that this area has to offer, including the wild Atlantic coast. tomas was a wonderfully engaging, knowledgeable and informative guide. the travel was smooth and the destinations explained in great detail in advance. tomas brought his personality to life in easy conversations, always remembering each of our names and enjoying a laugh. he went beyond on the way home by playing 3 versions of fade, which was fantastic. and each destination loved up to expectations. a fabulous day out, well worth the premium price★

The colorful houses in the fishing village were absolutely beautiful. Although it rained during our river cruise in Aveiro, it didn't dampen our spirits. At noon, our guide took us to lunch – delicious and affordable Portuguese food. Afterwards, we visited the university town and the magnificent library. The itinerary was very well-planned, comfortable, and not tiring at all. A wonderful experience – highly recommended!★
