The service was excellent. They created a WeChat group for communication after we booked. Our flight to Luxor was delayed, and although we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and receive our room number, we didn't check in until the early hours of the morning. The staff waited for us until we finally checked in and got our room number. Honestly, I don't think it's necessary to find an agent yourself just to save money. The communication costs are high, and it's not always reliable. When you're traveling, you've already spent a lot of money, so it's best to prioritize a reliable and enjoyable experience when choosing activities.★

The trip was incredibly smooth and seamless. I'm so grateful to our customer service representative, Shark, for her help. I requested a last-minute itinerary change, and she immediately resolved the date change. Even during Egypt's peak tourist season, the last-minute change allowed us to maintain the original hot air balloon launch dates. Thank you so much!★

Our guide was fantastic and taught us so much about the history of Dendera temple of Hathor and we now feel we are experts in hieroglyphics. He knew every inch of the temple he was an expert in his field The driver was also first class. We really enjoyed the lunch and the felucca back to our hotel was very relaxing and the icing on the cake. The captain was also really friendly and made our sail even more enjoyable. About
