Guide: Cullen (from New York). We are a couple visiting from Salamanca, Spain, and my partner is Colombian 🇪🇸🇨🇴. This was our first time in Belgium and visiting these two towns, and taking this tour was the best decision we could have made. We especially want to highlight the excellent work today, the clarity of the explanations, and the energy with which we gave tips, recommendations, and answered our questions. Everything was very well planned, and it was excellent that they provided us with headphones and a headset to hear the guide. Highly recommended, especially with Cullen.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights into the history, architecture, and culture of both cities. Highlights included visits to the Markt and canals in Bruges and to Gravensteen Castle and St. Bavo’s Cathedral in Ghent, with plenty of interesting stories and recommendations for local food along the way. Transport was easy and comfortable. Felt less than 3.5 hours and got some information and jokes as we were driving. Our tour guide was Ian and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and also made great accommodations for those who spoke other languages. Bruges was better than expected and having tour before free time showed us exactly where we needed to be. Would recommend!!

Nice day trip, the only downside was that the trips took more time than the destination itself, but Brygge is so beautiful that I still recommend going, the guides like Gabriel and Anton at the end of Brygge were brilliant, as was the bus driver Manon, who was the most professional and safe driver, an additional plus was definitely that Gabriel carefully counted the groups before leaving after each stop so that no one was left behind, a sense of safety, and I was left in a good mood
