Beyond specified area: Transfer services are not available beyond the specified pick-up/drop-off area, Pickup is available from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum & any place in the Riviera Maya. Pickups at Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres have an additional charge of 50USD fee total that will be paid the day of the tour (time of the tour will be longer due to the commute). We pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or Airbnb.
