The service was standard; the location indicated on Ctrip was accurate. Upon arrival, the staff asked for the number below the QR code, making ticket exchange easy. There were signs for the ticket office along the way. The itinerary itself was fine, but it's best to rent a bicycle on the island, otherwise, getting around is extremely difficult.

Rotnest is a must Visit if you are in Perth. On-time Ferry is very comfortable and the on island tour gives some good info.

Loved Rottnest and would consider staying on the island next time…..ferry was great even in slightly rough weather. We hired bikes from Rottnest Fast Ferries- we are cyclists so it was fine but they weren’t the best and some other companies seemed to have better quality ones. Would not hire bikes next time but loved the island

Fast and Friendly with added unplanned whale watching experience. Less queuing and just as fast as other lines. Very helpful booking agent who incorporated out tour into ferry price.

We really enjoyed our tour with Harriot who gave us a great intro to Rottnest including history, flora and fauna. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the highlight of our trip.
