The service was standard; the location indicated on Ctrip was accurate. Upon arrival, the staff asked for the number below the QR code, making ticket exchange easy. There were signs for the ticket office along the way.
The itinerary itself was fine, but it's best to rent a bicycle on the island, otherwise, getting around is extremely difficult.★

My family and I took a round-trip tour from Perth to Rottnest Island. The boat ride takes you down the Swan River from Perth, then through Fremantle to Rottnest Island. I recommend a window seat or an outdoor seat on the second floor to enjoy the scenery along the way. Once you arrive at Rottnest Island, you'll easily encounter quokkas. The bus tour meeting point on Rottnest Island was a bit hard to find, so we got lost, but someone from another tour company kindly helped us find it. After the bus tour, you can enjoy a meal or some shopping. The boat ride back is also scenic.★

I’m so glad I took this tour on my first day in Perth. Learned so much and grabbed some great knowledge for the rest of my stay. A very small group meant everything ran very smoothly and the guide was very knowledgeable on so many subjects. Also gave some heads up for upcoming tours. We had a wonderful trip to Rottnest island. The ferry ride was great and pre-hiring the bikes before getting to island was perfect and seamless, as soon as we landed at island we had our bikes and off we went. Highly recommend.
