I liked the two guides, which were really funny and have spread a lot of fun and were also expert. Maybe a little too expensive, but okay.

The tour guide was a woman who spoke perfect English and was very friendly. The time spent in Catania was too short, while the time spent at Mount Etna was too long. The bus was incredibly cramped and completely unsuitable for anyone over 1.80m tall. We were left very much on our own at the beginning of the tour. I had to call the tour operator to find out that we wouldn't be met until we reached Sicily.
