The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.★

I had done a lot of research online and thought that Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport, with its huge capacity, could easily handle immigration for passengers from all over the world, with a wait of about 30-40 minutes, similar to Japan and South Korea. But then I thought, why not let the kids experience it? After all, it seems like no other airport in the world offers the option to pay extra for "instant immigration clearance" 😆. This idea instantly dispelled my confusion and I booked! The airport is truly enormous—bigger than Taoyuan, Narita, Incheon, Los Angeles… So, just walking to customs after landing took almost 15 minutes. The pre-arranged service was excellent, providing thorough guidance. About two minutes after arriving at customs, staff greeted us. The entire process of "clearing customs and exiting" took about 1-2 minutes, while other passengers in our flight arrived about 20 minutes later. Although there was also a wait at baggage claim, this time difference meant the kids didn't have to rush to the restroom, and the baggage claim area was quite spacious (making it easy to find a good spot). I highly recommend this experience to anyone with the budget ☺️ It's especially recommended for families with children!★

The trip was very enjoyable! Our tour guide was very helpful and friendly. The boat was not overcrowded and we all seemed to have a good time. We were provided with snacks and drinks, and the dinner was also solid with different options. The trip wasn’t too rushed, and the scenery was beautiful! Highlight was definitely the sunset!!! I would recommend this to my friends.★

Overall, the day trip to Racha Island was excellent. The itinerary followed the tour description perfectly. Pick-up and drop-off were punctual, the catamaran was stable, spacious, and comfortable, the food was well-prepared, and the itinerary was comprehensive, covering all the expected activities. Our guide, Ah Cheng, and our cameraman, Ah San, were warm, attentive, meticulous, and patient, and spoke fluent English and Chinese. Ah Cheng, in particular, created a WeChat group in advance, providing timely and clear notifications for all activities, which gave me peace of mind and ensured I wasn't missed. In short, it was a pleasant trip.★

It was simply unforgettable. We were picked up from the hotel exactly on time, taken to the pier, and checked in. We caught 71 tuna. We snorkeled near a crayfish wreck. The boat was simply amazing—you could go up to the second floor and jump into the water.
