The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice

The experience is exactly as described in the app. Very well organized and properly timed. You get to see a glimpse of the historical and cultural sites along with a local taste at one of the oldest restaurants in Bulgaria (Limoncheto - very tasty food with authentic atmosphere & reasonable prices - yes you read it right). The tour’s guide called Yadoslav is very knowledgeable about Bulgaria’s history - he gives you insightful information in a subtle way. Moreover, he goes the extra mile by engaging with the participant and discussing commonalities between the two cultures (if any) and recommending the best places in town to visit and explore. I really enjoyed my time. An experience not to be missed.

The trip was definitely worth it! Our tour guide was very friendly and made the tour enjoyable. The monastery is truly beautiful. The lake is certainly worth visiting, especially in spring – unfortunately, we had snow, so we couldn't see the lakes. Nevertheless, it was a fascinating experience to witness the experiment at that snowy altitude.

What we liked most was the guide (Martín); what we liked least was that the price of the tickets wasn't itemized separately, that it would be easier to pay them when making the reservation, and that the entrance to the Rila Museum with a guide was very expensive.

Great places, a must visit. Watch out: get your food beforehand cause it might be a scam. Also, the church is not included in the price :/


