The meeting point was easy to find. I received a very friendly and helpful welcome from the Crown Tours guide. Thank you, she was extremely competent. The tour of the Uffizi Gallery was fantastic. A bit of a wait at security is normal with so many visitors. It was also quite crowded in front of the famous paintings. Overall, a very worthwhile tour that is simply a must-do when visiting Florence.★

We arrived early. The lovely assistant got us on an earlier tour. She gave us a free bottle of water each as it was a warm day. She was soo lovely and helpful.★
