This half-day tour was booked on short notice; I booked it as soon as I landed in Da Nang that morning, and we departed promptly at 1:30 PM. Although it was only half a day, we visited quite a few places. First, we went to Son Tra Peninsula, where the sea view from the mountain was quite nice; taking a taxi would have cost a lot. Then we went to Marble Mountains, which are mainly caves and not very high. The English-speaking guide had a heavy Southeast Asian accent, but it was still understandable, and he was very enthusiastic, leading us through the entire tour. Next, we went to Hoi An. It felt quite late when we arrived, so after dinner, we only had a little over an hour left to explore, just enough for taking photos. However, the fellow travelers we met along the way were all very interesting; we helped each other, chatted, and took photos, making it a fun and memorable trip.

I was very worried every time we moved around because of the elderly person, but thanks to your help, the guide made things much easier. You also explained things well with your extensive knowledge... Most importantly, I was relieved that my mother, who traveled with me, took such a liking to you, treating you like her own child. I was also truly grateful that you looked after my mother even more attentively than I did. If I plan another trip to Vietnam, you are a guide I definitely want to meet again. Please stay healthy... I was picked up from the hotel on time. Our tour guide Linh did an excellent job! He explained very detailed about the history of My Son. The lunch was also tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant trip.

Overall, Ba Na Hills is a highly recommended attraction. We were lucky; the sun was shining brightly throughout, the itinerary was conveniently coordinated, the driver was punctual, and customer service provided e-tickets, giving us a lot of freedom in choosing which activities to participate in. Customer service was online throughout the trip to answer our questions. However, there wasn't much Chinese-speaking staff on the mountain, so finding specific spots was a bit difficult. The buffet lunch had a wide selection and good value. After descending the mountain, we discussed with the driver whether we could be taken to a Go supermarket to end the trip. The driver was very responsible and informed customer service that it was okay, saving us the trouble of leaving from the hotel – very thoughtful. It's perfect for those who want a slower pace and a more relaxed experience. A great trip!

The drivers were generally punctual, but since we're used to communicating via email, it was a little difficult to find a driver at first. They were also very helpful in guiding us on the way in, and they were waiting for us downstairs for the return trip.
