Everyone will tell you 3 hours in Petra isn’t enough time—and it isn’t. But we had very limited time in Amman, so it worked for what we had. Definitely only going to see the highlights of Petra, but it was 90° that day, so we were okay with it. Our guide at Petra was amazing—he knew we only had a few hours so he made sure we got in as much as we could. The Dead Sea was amazing—once in a lifetime experience. Our driver, Basel, was fantastic—kind and knowledgeable. Definitely a very safe, careful driver. He was really helpful and made the day easy. If you have limited time in Jordan, this is a good way to cram in the highlights! ★
