Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.

Thank you so much, tour guide Yan Ning, for making our trip so wonderful! What was supposed to be a regular sightseeing tour became incredibly memorable because of her. Her smile is infectious; she chatted and laughed throughout the trip, like a friend, and even recommended many places frequented by locals. I heard that working as a tour guide is quite demanding, but she never showed any signs of fatigue in front of us, always full of energy. I sincerely hope that more people will see people who live life to the fullest like her. We'll definitely use her again next time! The driver was also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Shanghai Tour Guide. We had a wonderful experience exploring Shanghai with our tour guide, Summer. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and well-organized throughout the trip. She explained the history, culture, and local stories in a very engaging way, which made every place we visited much more meaningful. The itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to see both famous attractions and hidden local gems. Summer was also very attentive to our needs, helping with transportation, restaurant recommendations, and making sure everyone in the group was comfortable. Thanks to Summer, our visit to Shanghai was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I chose to go to the 'Humble Administrator' Garden, and the result was arranged to go to the 'Netmaster Garden', which is not on the menu. The 'Netmaster Garden' is really good. It is worth visiting, but this change is a bit strange. The silk museum is really not recommended, purely selling products. The time to visit the Panmen is too short, maybe because of the traffic jam on weekends. The restaurant arranged for lunch is a bit ordinary, but it tastes good. Zhouzhuang scenery is not very good, not a problem with the itinerary, but a problem with that place. The best thing is Mr. Wu, the tour guide, who is rich in knowledge and has questions and answers.

Suzhou is always on my wish list and finally I made this happen . Kenny was our guide and She was so knowledgeable about this city and shared a lot of intersting places which we may never visit by ourselves. We also learned how to make a small piece of silk embroidery which is so meaningful . The local market is so much fun to visit, we tried a lot of local snacks and dimsum there . Would highly recommend to anyone to try.


