Sam is a fantastic guide. He took the time to explain the historical context and occurrences leading up to Dachau, it's construction and operation, after liberation, and the long-term implicafions beyond the war. His deep knowledge and passion for the subject matter and above all the human impact were greatly appreciated. My teenaged children accompanied us on the tour and we all learned so much more than what is commonly taught in school and discussed in media. I can't recommend Sam enough as a guide!★
