The tour route was fantastic. Our guide did a great job. He was both fun and knowledgeable. The details he provided made the journey enjoyable. A special mention should also be made of the driver. Despite the challenging roads, he drove very well, and we were on time. The tour was quite good in terms of the sights we saw.â

I decided to take a solo trip by train to Milan and this was the best way for me to do it! Easy meet up spot in Milan, took a bus to train station. 1 stop in between for washroom and/or food. I suggest bringing your own snacks / drinks. The train is so dreamy - I went 2/14/26 and it snowed so much and we had great views, but not a very clear day because of all the snow. It doesnât matter which side you sit on because you will still get great views. St. Moritz is a very quick trip - walk around as much as you can and get chocolate at Laderach!!! Itâs expensive in this town so be fully prepared. After the hour and a half, you then take the bus all the way back to Milan. We got in the city around 6:30pm!â

The guide was very friendly and competent. She did her job perfectly, speaking fluent and clear English throughout the entire trip. The coach was another story. They advertise it as a convertible, and despite the beautiful weather, they didn't open it, claiming there was wind at departure. There was no wind, which significantly detracted from the experience. They should consider turning it so it opens up if they deem it necessary. The tour itself lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes, when they advertised an hour. The return trip was like something out of a Formula 1 car; we took a different route and had a terrible time. It took me days to write this review because I wanted to be as objective and offer constructive criticism as possible.îĽ
