We tried the cooking class with Chef Hassan. The meeting point was easy to find. Once we were picked up, we went to buy the vegetables needed for the recipes at the souk. Then the real work began; for a few hours, we became chefs, preparing four tagines and two side dishes, all under Hassan's supervision. He made sure that each participant felt comfortable and could participate. A special thank you for the attention he gave to my 10-year-old son. The evening ended with tasting the dishes while chatting with the other participants. A wonderful, friendly experience—we highly recommend it! A link to the recipes is sent via WhatsApp afterward so you can recreate them at home later.About
