Booking was a breeze and the team was so accommodating when our travel plans changed last minute. They picked us up from our hotel right on time and made everything effortless from start to finish. Rasta and Ismael were fantastic guides! The drive to the falls took about an hour, and along the way Ismael shared so much knowledge about the area’s plants, animals, and biodiversity — we learned a ton. Because of the heavy rain in the days before, the waterfalls were extra powerful and beautiful. The hike was physical but absolutely worth it. The highlight was enjoying a delicious meal under the waterfall — such a unique experience! And as a bonus, we even got to see a 3-month-old baby sloth. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Costa Rica. Just be sure to wear good hiking or water shoes! Don’t forget to tip the guides.

What an experience. The guide Dylan Serrano was fantastic. I loved his enthusiasm and knowledge and love for nature. We saw so much wildlife. It was amazing. Frogs, slots, snakes, spiders, tarantulas, birds, iguanas. Coming from Belgium this was for me something that I will never forget. Thank you Dylan!

Five stars are not enough for this company! They went above and beyond with genuine kindness and concern. My 86 yr old mother was treated like royalty. You do not find this type of customer service, every team member did everything they could to make our trip amazing! Don't hesitate to take this excursion it is truly memorable! 
