Excellent experience with the guides, especially José/Javier (JJ). From the start, JJ was very attentive, professional, and friendly, always willing to explain the historical and cultural details clearly. It's clear he has a deep understanding of the subject matter and is passionate about what he does, which makes the tour even more interesting. The Madrid and Segovia one-day tour was simply fantastic! From the very beginning, the guides provided clear and detailed information about the entire day, which made everything smooth and well organized. They were always attentive and genuinely concerned about all the passengers. The bus was super comfortable, making the journey very pleasant. A special mention goes to our guide, Carlos — his deep knowledge, explanations in Spanish, and passion for the history and culture were fundamental to the experience. His wisdom truly elevated the whole tour and made the visit even more enriching and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Spain. It was an unforgettable experience!
