Our guide Santi was fantastic, the best. La nostra guida Santi e stato fantastico! The best! Molto atento a tutte le comande, molto preparato. Very attentive to questions, very prepared. Even more, he was willing to speak another language even for just one person. Only praise for Santi. Di piu, e stato disposo a parlare altra lingua solo per una persona. In general, it’s a really cool experience. The guide was very experienced and works specifically in that field on Etna. He explained not just this volcano, but how volcanoes work, why certain things happen, and the history and recent activity. I give it five stars because it was a great experience
